[No GoT spoilers!] This is the third and final installment of the Game of Thrones Lens on Leadership Styles, a look at Jon Snow and Transformational leadership. And while I have been tempted to add to the series, I’ve refrained because as I mentioned in the introductory post, I wanted to share what I consider the three most important for you to know in terms of your own leadership development, and that still stands. I certainly did. More compassionate approaches to leadership like Servant and Transformational Leadership did not come to me naturally. I’ve shared in a previous post, My first and worst attempt at leadership, just how bossy I was early on in my leadership style and it was powerfully ineffective. In time, I learned to be more patient with myself and others and invest more in the people I wanted to follow me.
